Our Assessment Center approach is based on an assessment and development focus, not on a training one.
Assessment Center is a development procedure in HR field to assure the accordance between career paths and the assessment system.
This approach to activity involves the creation of an “Assessment Committee” including internal Developers who will carry out the intervention, in collaboration with the Consulting.
This committee will be trained according to the Assessment Center methodologies, allowing the selected representatives to contribute to the growth of the company’s’ human capital.
